Terms of service
Acceptable use. Use SwipeIn to share your own presence with people who agreed to share theirs. Don’t use it to monitor anyone without their consent, and don’t probe or disrupt the service.
Your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app; deletion is immediate.
No warranty. SwipeIn is provided as-is. Presence detection depends on your device and may occasionally be wrong or delayed — don’t rely on it for safety-critical decisions.
Termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, notably any non-consensual monitoring.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Questions: support@swipein.app.
